Method
Preparing the Chicken
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs. In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 3
Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Then, coat the chicken with the Parmesan-bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
- 4
Bake the Chicken
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Preparing the Salad
- 5
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced prosciutto.
- 6
Dress the Salad
Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Then, drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
Serving
- 7
Serve the Dish
Plate the baked Parmesan-crusted chicken alongside a generous serving of the mixed greens salad. Enjoy!
