Truffle Fries
Method
Chicken and Sandwich
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts to ensure they are well-seasoned.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken breasts. Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and spread a generous amount of pesto sauce on both halves. Layer sliced chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the bottom half of each roll. Top with the other half of the roll.
Truffle Fries
- 4
Cook the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 5
Add Truffle Flavor
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle with truffle oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Finish the Fries
Sprinkle the fries with grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and salt. Toss again to combine and serve immediately.
