Grilled Salmon

Method

Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the salmon fillets.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Glaze the Salmon

During the last couple of minutes of grilling, brush the Calabrian honey pepper sauce over the salmon fillets.

Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

  1. 5

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 6

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 7

    Add Spinach and Tomatoes

Add the fresh spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the spinach is wilted.

  4. 8

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Toss well to combine.

  5. 9

    Season the Pasta

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss again to combine and melt the cheese.
