1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix well.
2. Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large plastic bag or bowl, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Bake the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

5. Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, combine rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
6. Simmer the Rice
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
