Prepare the Herbs
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of chopped fresh parsley and 1 cup of chopped fresh cilantro. Ensure the herbs are finely chopped for a better texture.

Incorporate Liquids
Pour in 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar and 0.5 cups of olive oil into the bowl with the herb and garlic mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Season the Sauce
Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 0.5 teaspoons of red pepper flakes to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Let it Rest
Cover the chimichurri sauce and let it rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld together.

After resting, stir the sauce again before serving. Use approximately 4 oz of the chimichurri sauce as a flavorful accompaniment for grilled meats or vegetables.
