Steak Preparation

1. Season the Steak

Generously season both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper. Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).

3. Sear the Steak

Drizzle the steaks with olive oil. Place the steaks on the grill and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness, adjusting the time according to your preference.

In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add butter, crushed garlic cloves, and rosemary sprigs to the grill. Baste the steaks with the melted butter using a spoon.
