Main Ingredients

Volcanic Rock Preparation

Method

Marinade Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, salt, and fresh herbs. Mix well to create a marinade.

Meat Preparation

2

Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-lock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

Vegetable Preparation

3

Chop the Vegetables

While the chicken is marinating, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

4

Toss with Olive Oil

In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

5

Prepare the Volcanic Rock

Preheat your grill or stovetop to high heat. If using volcanic rock, heat it until it’s hot enough to sizzle water (approximately 15 minutes).

6

Cook the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the volcanic rock. Cook each side for about 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

7

Cook the Vegetables

Add the seasoned vegetables to the volcanic rock. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

8

Plate the Dish

Once cooked, remove the chicken and vegetables from the volcanic rock. Serve hot on a platter and enjoy the unique flavors and aromas from the volcanic rock cooking.
