Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, triple sec, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a lime wedge on the rim.
