Brisket Preparation

Season the Brisket
In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and liquid smoke. Rub this mixture all over the brisket.

Slow Cook the Brisket
Place the seasoned brisket into a slow cooker and pour in the beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Shred the Brisket
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then using two forks, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces.
Slider Assembly

Prepare the Sliders
Slice the mini slider buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous portion of the shredded brisket.

Add Pickles and BBQ Sauce
Top the brisket with pickles and drizzle with BBQ sauce according to your taste.

Complete the Sliders
Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider. Serve immediately or warm in the oven if desired.
