Prepare the Crostini

Slice and Oil the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the gluten-free baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

Bake the Crostini
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool.
Prepare the Topping

Mix the Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped red onion, capers, and fresh dill. Mix until well combined.

Season
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Adjust to taste.
Assemble

Top the Crostini
Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each crostini. Top with slices of cold smoked salmon.
