Method

Wine Making Directions

  1. 1

    Harvesting Grapes

Select ripe Sangiovese grapes and harvest them.

  2. 2

    Crushing Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes to release the juice and pulp into a fermentation vessel.

  3. 3

    Adding Yeast

Sprinkle the yeast over the crushed grapes and mix well.

  4. 4

    Fermentation Process

Allow the mixture to ferment for about 7-10 days at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, stirring daily.

  5. 5

    Pressing

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the wine from the grape skins.

  6. 6

    Adding Sugar and Water

Dissolve the sugar in water and add it to the pressed wine to enhance sweetness.

  7. 7

    Aging

Transfer the wine to oak barrels or add oak chips for aging, allowing it to mature for at least 6 months.

  8. 8

    Bottling

Once aged, bottle the wine and seal it for future enjoyment.
