Shucking the Oysters
Carefully shuck the Loch Ryan oysters using an oyster knife. Make sure to preserve the oyster liquor inside each shell.

Place the shucked oysters on a bed of crushed ice on a serving platter.

Garnish the oysters with lemon wedges, a sprinkle of fresh parsley, and serve with mignonette sauce on the side.
