Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground prime rib with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties, each about 2 oz.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a cheese slice on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sliders

Spread ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard on each slider bun. Place the cooked patties on the buns and top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
