Wine Making Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting the Grapes

Select ripe Pinot Noir grapes and harvest them by hand to ensure the best quality.

  2. 2

    Crushing the Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes to release the juice, allowing the skins and seeds to infuse their flavors.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Transfer the crushed grapes and juice to a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and sugar, then cover and let ferment for 7-14 days at a controlled temperature.

  4. 4

    Pressing

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids.

  5. 5

    Clarification

Allow the wine to settle for a few days to clarify, then siphon off the clear liquid into another container.

  6. 6

    Aging

Bottle the wine and age for at least 6 months in a cool, dark place to develop its flavors.
