Method

Winemaking Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting

Harvest the Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah grapes at their optimal ripeness.

  2. 2

    Crushing and Pressing

Crush the grapes gently and press them to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a fermentation vessel.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Add sulfur dioxide to the juice for preservation. Allow the juice to ferment at a controlled temperature for about 10-14 days.

  4. 4

    Filtration

After fermentation, filter the wine to remove any solids and impurities.

  5. 5

    Bottling

Bottle the wine in clean, sterilized bottles and seal them properly.

  6. 6

    Aging

Allow the wine to age for at least 1 month before serving.
