    Prepare the Crab

    Fill a large pot with 4 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of sea salt. Bring to a boil.

    Cook the Crab

    Once the water is boiling, add the whole Dungeness crabs and cover the pot. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the crabs turn bright orange.

    Prepare the Butter Sauce

    In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

    Finish the Sauce

    Remove from heat and stir in Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, and juice from 1 lemon.

    Serve

    Remove the cooked crabs from the pot and let them cool slightly. Serve the crab with the garlic butter sauce for dipping.
