Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Make sure the fish is scaled and gutted.

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

Rub the outside and inside of the fish with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon inside the fish and place the other half inside the cavity along with garlic cloves and fresh thyme.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Fish

Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven, drizzle with additional olive oil, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
