Sliced Sirloin

Whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Seasonal Vegetable Blend

Method

Sliced Sirloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the sirloin steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

In a small bowl, mix the chopped fresh rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade. Rub the mixture generously over the sirloin steak.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time based on your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.

  4. 4

    Rest and Slice

Once cooked, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it against the grain.

Whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. 5

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the russet potatoes into evenly sized chunks. Place them in a pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.

  2. 6

    Cook the Garlic

While the potatoes are boiling, peel and lightly crush the garlic cloves. Add them to the pot during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  3. 7

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot. Add the butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Seasonal Vegetable Blend

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the carrots and green beans into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped carrots and green beans. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
