Breakfast Burrito

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Prepare the Beef Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness. Add cheese slices during the last minute if desired.

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Toast the Buns

Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles (if using), and your choice of ketchup and mustard. Finish with the top half of the bun.

Serve the hamburgers immediately while hot, with any additional sides or condiments as desired.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and black pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until softened. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked. Stir in the cooked sausage or bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.

Prepare the Filling

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the egg and filling mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and a spoonful of salsa. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

Assemble the Burrito

Place the burrito seam-side down in a heated skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
