Preparing the Shrimp

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Add Old Bay Seasoning
Once the water is boiling, stir in 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning to infuse flavor.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the 12 large shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Making the Cocktail Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

Season the Sauce
Add salt to taste and stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Serving

Arrange the Shrimp
Once the shrimp are chilled, arrange them on a serving platter.

Serve the shrimp alongside the cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
