Preparation of Ingredients

    Prepare the Burrata

    Carefully remove the burrata from its packaging and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften.

    Slice the Prosciutto

    Using a sharp knife, slice the prosciutto into thin strips or leave it in larger pieces if preferred.

    Drain the Artichokes

    Drain the marinated artichokes from their liquid and slice them into quarters if they are large.

    Wash the Arugula

    Rinse the arugula leaves gently under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Red Wine Vinaigrette Preparation

    Combine Vinaigrette Ingredients

    In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assembly
