Main Ingredients

Marinade

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure both sides are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cucumber

While the salmon is marinating, wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Lemon

Cut the lemon in half. One half will be used for squeezing juice over the salmon after grilling, and the other half can be sliced for garnish.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on one side.

  3. 7

    Flip and Finish Cooking

Carefully flip the salmon fillets using a spatula. Grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve the Salmon

Remove the grilled salmon from the grill and place it on a serving plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top to enhance the flavor.

  2. 9

    Add Cucumber

Arrange the sliced cucumber around the salmon on the plate.

  3. 10

    Garnish

Optionally, garnish with lemon slices for an extra touch and serve immediately.
