Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Set up a breading station: Place flour in one plate, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese in a third plate. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
