Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce

Add Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.

Add Broth
Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Final Assembly

Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the chicken. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot with your choice of side.
