Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips approximately 1 inch wide. Place them in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, coating it completely, then into the egg, and finally into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the breading sticks.

Fry the Chicken Fingers
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the breaded chicken strips in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
