Marinate the Steaks
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the mixture evenly over all 12 NY Strip steaks. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Grill the Steaks
Place the marinated steaks on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for your preferred doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted and fully cooked.
