Preparation

    Prepare the Meats

    Thinly slice the salami, prosciutto, and capicola. Arrange them on a large serving platter in separate sections.

    Prepare the Cheeses

    Cut the Parmesan cheese into small cubes and crumble the Gorgonzola cheese. Add the mozzarella balls to the platter alongside the cheeses.

    Prepare Olives & Pickles

    Drain the mixed olives and pickled artichokes. Arrange them in small bowls or sections on the platter. Add the cornichons next to them.

    Prepare Vegetables

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and leave them whole. Slice the bell pepper and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the vegetables on the platter.

    Prepare Breads & Crackers

    Slice the baguette into thin rounds. Arrange the baguette slices, breadsticks, and assorted crackers on the platter.

    In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Drizzle over the antipasti platter for added flavor.
