Method

Prepare Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combine

  1. 3

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together, adding a little reserved pasta water if the mixture seems too dry. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Serve

  1. 4

    Serve the Dish

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and basil if desired.
