Preheat and Prepare Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix in the vanilla extract.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Cocoa Powder
Sift the cocoa powder into the batter and gently fold it in until well incorporated.

Incorporate Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Baking

Pour Batter into Pan
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool the Cake
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries before slicing and serving.
