Heirloom Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Balsamic Vinegar

Prepare Heirloom Tomatoes
Wash the heirloom tomatoes under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Slice each tomato into thick rounds, approximately 1/2 inch thick, and arrange them on a serving platter.

Prepare Fresh Basil
Rinse the fresh basil leaves gently in cold water, then dry them with a paper towel. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces if they are large, and sprinkle them over the sliced tomatoes.

Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar
Pour the aged balsamic vinegar evenly over the sliced tomatoes and basil, making sure each slice gets a good amount of the vinegar.
