Martini Del Santo Recipe

Preparation

   Chill the Glass

   Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

   Measure the Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, measure 2 oz of gin and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth using a jigger.

   Mix the Drink

   Fill the mixing glass with ice. Stir the gin and vermouth together for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain into Glass

   Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass and strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the martini glass.

   Garnish

   Add an olive for garnish. If desired, twist a lemon peel over the drink to release its oils and add as an additional garnish.
