Method
Prepare the Bacon

Glaze the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard. Brush the mixture onto the bacon during the last few minutes of cooking.
Make the Scone

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add Jalapenos and Cheese
Fold in the diced jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese.

Shape and Bake
Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and shape into a disk. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Prepare the Charcoal Spuds

Season the Potatoes
Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, charcoal seasoning, and fresh herbs (if using).

Cook the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.
Cook the Eggs

Fry or Scramble
In a non-stick skillet, add a bit of oil or butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs and cook to your desired style (scrambled, fried sunny side up, etc.) season with salt and pepper.
