Whisk Together Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice. Slowly drizzle in the brown butter while continuously whisking until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve the baby potatoes and toss them with olive oil, charcoal powder, salt, and pepper.
