Preparation of Filling

Prepare Vegetables
Wash and dry the spinach and lettuce. Chop the tomato into small cubes.

Making Red Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and bring to a simmer.

Simmer Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling and Cooking

Warm Tortillas
In a skillet, warm the flour tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

Fill Tortillas
Take a warm tortilla and place a portion of the vegetable mixture in the center. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Fold Tortillas
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly to create a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Heat Burritos
In the same skillet, place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either in the oven or fryer until crispy.
Serving

Place the cooked burritos on a plate, drizzle with the red sauce, and serve alongside the crispy French fries.
