Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Season the Vegetables
Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan or microwave, warm the flour tortillas for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until they are soft and pliable.

Prepare the Rice and Beans
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Heat the black beans in a small pot over medium heat until warmed through.

Serve the Fajitas
On a serving plate, place the sautéed vegetables alongside the rice, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Serve with warm tortillas for wrapping.
