Directions
- 1
Prepare the Fish
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the corvina fillets with blackening seasoning on both sides.
- 2
Cook the Fish
Place the seasoned fish fillets in the hot skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and has a blackened crust.
- 3
Warm the Tortillas
While the fish is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft and warm.
- 4
Assemble the Tacos
Once the fish is cooked, flake it into large pieces. Place the fish in the center of each tortilla, top with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and sliced avocado.
- 5
Serve
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
