Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sear the Salmon
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Make the Truffle Sauce
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and truffle oil, stirring well to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately with additional truffle sauce if desired.
