Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Salmon

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

  3. 3

    Make the Truffle Sauce

Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and truffle oil, stirring well to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 4

    Combine and Bake

Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the truffle sauce over the top. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately with additional truffle sauce if desired.
