Prepare the Chicken
Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into beaten eggs and allow excess to drip off.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add lemon juice and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Chicken Francaise!
