Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a small bowl, mash the black garlic and mix it with yuzu juice, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Brush some additional marinade on the chicken during cooking for extra flavor.
- 3
Prepare Yakisoba Noodles
Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 4
Stir-Fry Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles and chili garlic sauce, tossing everything together until well combined.
- 5
Make Sesame Cashew Brittle
In a small pan, combine cashews, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves and starts to caramelize. Stir in sesame seeds and pour onto a parchment-lined tray. Let cool and break into pieces.
- 6
Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and serve it over a bed of yakisoba noodles and vegetables. Top with pieces of sesame cashew brittle for added crunch.
