Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure that your Plift Seasonal Flavor bakes evenly.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, combine the cannabis-infused coconut oil, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  2. 4

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  3. 5

    Add Walnuts

Fold in the chopped walnuts to the batter.

Baking

  1. 6

    Prepare Baking Pan

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

  2. 7

    Pour Batter

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

  3. 8

    Bake

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Serving

  1. 9

    Cool

Allow the baked good to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

  2. 10

    Slice and Serve

Once cooled, slice into squares and serve. Each square contains approximately 4mg of THC.
