Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the Malibu Coconut Rum, Cream of Coconut, Pineapple Juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and fill it with crushed ice, if desired.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
