Making the Sorbet
- 4
Blend the Fruits
In a blender, add the prepared strawberries, mango cubes, and pineapple chunks. Blend until smooth.
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
- 6
Mix the Sorbet Base
Add the blended fruit mixture and lemon juice to the sugar syrup. Stir until well combined.
- 7
Chill the Mixture
Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to chill.
- 8
Freeze the Sorbet
Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
