Method
Espresso Martini

Prepare the Espresso
Brew 2 shots of espresso and let it cool slightly.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the brewed espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice to the top.

Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Piña Colada

Mix Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice.

Blend
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Serve
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
Aperol Spritz

Prepare Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice.

Mix Ingredients
Pour in 3 oz of Aperol, followed by 6 oz of prosecco, and top with 2 oz of club soda.

Garnish with an orange slice.
