Meringue Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add Sugar Gradually
Gradually add the granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.

Incorporate Cornstarch and Vinegar
Gently fold in the cornstarch and white vinegar until well combined.

Pipe or Spoon Meringue
Spoon or pipe the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet in circular shapes or nests.

Bake the Meringues
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours, then turn off the oven and let the meringues cool completely inside.

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
Strawberry Preparation

Prepare Strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them. Toss the sliced strawberries with the granulated sugar and let them sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.

Combine Ingredients
Once the meringues have cooled, gently break them into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine the meringue pieces, whipped cream, and macerated strawberries.

Gently fold the ingredients together to create a swirled effect. Serve immediately in dessert bowls.
