Prepare the Peach
Wash the fresh peach thoroughly, then slice it in half and remove the pit. Cut one half into small pieces to muddle, and reserve the other half for garnish.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the muddled peach pieces, Angel's Envy Bourbon, lemon juice, orange juice, and optional simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.
Shaking & Straining

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish the drink with a slice of peach and a few mint leaves on top.
