Prepare the Compound Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, bone marrow, chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape and Chill the Butter
Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape. Twist the ends of the parchment to seal. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.

Grill or Sear the Steak
Place the steak on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare).

Rest the Steak
Once cooked, remove the ribeye steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
