TUNA CRUDO

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Using a sharp knife, cut the fresh sushi-grade tuna into thin slices or small cubes, depending on your preference.

  2. 2

    Make the Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice the avocado into thin wedges.

  4. 4

    Toast the Sourdough

Toast the sourdough bread slices until they are golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, arrange the tuna slices or cubes and top with avocado wedges. Drizzle the prepared lemon-garlic vinaigrette over the tuna and avocado.

  6. 6

    Add Finishing Touches

Garnish the dish with fish roe and micro cilantro. Serve with toasted sourdough bread on the side.
