Prepare Caprese Skewers
On a skewer, thread cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella balls. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Once skewers are assembled, drizzle balsamic glaze over them and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Add chopped carrots and celery, cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
