1

Chill the bottle

Place the sealed Monkey 47 bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to serve chilled. If you prefer a quick chill, submerge the bottle in an ice-water bath for 20–30 minutes.

2

Optional rinse

If you want to slightly open and refresh the bottle before serving flights, decant a small amount (about 1–2 oz / 30–60 ml) into a glass and swirl to evaluate aroma and flavor. Return to the bottle or pour into a chilled carafe for guests.

3

Serve

Place the chilled Monkey 47 bottle on the table with a small carafe of chilled distilled water and a bowl of ice or chilled glasses. Guests can enjoy neat pours (15–45 ml per serving) or dilute with water to taste. For neat tasting, pour 1/2 to 1 oz (15–30 ml) into a chilled tasting glass. For a long serve, mix 1 part gin to 2–3 parts tonic or soda and serve over ice with garnish as desired.

4

Storage after opening

Recork the bottle tightly and store upright in a cool, dark place or back in the refrigerator. Consume within 1–2 years for best flavor; avoid prolonged heat or sunlight.
