Preparation

  1. 1

    Roast the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the broccolini and fioretto with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

  2. 2

    Caramelize the Pecans

In a small skillet over medium heat, add the pecans and honey. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until the pecans are coated and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Plate the Dish

Once the vegetables are done roasting, remove them from the oven. On a serving plate, arrange the roasted broccolini and fioretto. Tear the burrata and place it on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the caramelized pecans over the top.

  2. 4

    Serve

Drizzle with a little more olive oil and additional black pepper if desired. Serve immediately as an appetizer or a light main dish.
